The Blossomist

Flowers have been a huge part of my life since the age of 17 when I got my first job at a local greenhouse that also had a floral department. From day one, I was hooked and I’ve been in the floral and plant industry ever since.

As a professional florist, I’ve done everything from over-the-top wedding ceremony installations to simple and sweet birthday bouquets. Over the years, I’ve discovered that teaching is something I truly enjoy, and so, The Blossomist came to fruition!

The suffix “-ist” describes a person who practices, is an expert in, or is associated with a particular field of study or activity. Put “-ist” on the end of Blossom, and you’ve got me, one who practices the art of blossoming.

Public Workshops (Flower Parties!)

Public workshops are available monthly that anyone can attend! Check the Workshops tab to see future class dates and locations.

These workshops are perfect for a fun night out - think Paint and Sip, but with flowers! No experience is necessary, The Blossomist will guide you through step-by-step to help you create your own gorgeous work of floral art.
